I really love the texture overlay, the vintage feel suits the theme of this piece very well! The expressions of the character are excellent, and the choice of fonts (and changing them up with certain lyrics) is brilliant!

Very charming! I feel like the character in this picture is a little bit stiff though. When drawing cartoons in the rubber hose style, remember to try and make them very loose and expressive. You might also benefit from learning about how to use a line of action to make the character look more lively and organic!

I love the colors and the personality this piece has! I feel like the frantic tone of the song would have been conveyed a little better if the writing filled more space on the desk (and maybe looked a little less tidy and neat) but that doesn’t really detract much from it at all! I look forward to seeing what else you create!
